Obtained from Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese grapes cultivated on the island of Salina it is an intense ruby wine, wit a fruity aftertaste, it has hints of morello and wild cherry. The bouquet brinegs the fragrance of the wild flowers in the mediterranean scrub. Perfectly balanced, it can support a few years of aging. Exellent meat and cheese dishes with a distinctive taste.

Aging process in the large barrels for six months and in stainless steel vats for 6 months more at controlled temperature; 3 months in bottle prior to release.Alcohol content: 14% vol.
