In questo angolo di paradiso tra i profumi della macchia mediterranea e le vedute mozzafiato, la famiglia Colosi da oltre 40 anni coltiva vigneti in suggestivi terrazzamenti sul mare e produce vini unici che raccontano di luce, vento, sole, colore. <br \/>La nostra azienda agricola, con i suoi 10 ettari di vigneto compreso tra Capo Faro e Porri, \u00e8 fra i produttori pi\u00f9 rappresentativi dell\u2019isola di Salina. La zona \u00e8 considerata tra le migliori sia per l\u2019esposizione, che per la natura chimico-fisica del terreno di origine vulcanica. <br \/>L\u2019impianto dei vigneti \u00e8 stato realizzato a terrazze ripristinando i vecchi muri a secco e comprende i vitigni tipici della viticoltura isolana mediterranea: Corinto Nero, Nerello Cappuccio, Nerello Mascalese, Inzolia, Catarratto e Malvasia. Quest\u2019ultimo, senza dubbio, rappresenta il vitigno principe di tutta la produzione enoica del territorio e dell\u2019azienda Colosi. <br \/>La cantina di vinificazione Colosi \u00e8 letteralmente immersa nei vigneti, parzialmente interrata al fine di rispettare le rigide normative che tutelano il territorio e l\u2019ambiente paesaggistico dell\u2019arcipelago eoliano. Tale ubicazione consente di mantenere una temperatura costante, idonea all\u2019ottimale conservazione dei per questo ci avvaliamo di contratti ventennali con selezionati produttori siciliani (superfici che coprono oltre 35 ettari di vigneti a Marsala (TP) per i bianchi: Grillo, Insolia, Cataratto e Zibibbo; e oltre 55 tra Mazara (TP) e Riesi (CL) per i rossi: Nero D\u2019Avola, Nerello Cappuccio, Nerello Mascalese), garantendo cos\u00ec alla nostra azienda una produzione altamente pregiata e fortemente legata al territorio.<br>I vini Colosi prodotti sull\u2019Isola di Salina sono due bianchi Igp Salina, un Rosato Igp Salina, un rosso Igp Salina e due diverse espressioni di Malvasia delle Lipari Dop nella versione naturale e passita.<br>Nel rispetto della millenaria tradizione enologica delle Isole Eolie e dai pregiati grappoli Colosi di Malvasia e Corinto Nero, nasce il vino pi\u00f9 rappresentativo del territorio, definito fin dall\u2019antichit\u00e0 \u201cNettare degli Dei\u201d: il Malvasia dolce, uno dei pi\u00f9 eccellenti vini da dessert.&nbsp;<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Da questo vitigno, produciamo due varianti leggermente differenti: Malvasia Passito di Salina Dop e Malvasia delle Lipari Naturale di Salina Dop, entrambi vini di grande fragranza, dal sapore caldo e vellutato.
